Mark J. Davis

Mark Davis is the Managing Member of Davis & Palumbo, LLC. He focuses his law practice in the areas of Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Corporation and Business Associations, Land Use and Zoning and Wills, Powers of Attorneys and Probate Estates. His extensive experience and reputation in these areas place him in high demand as experienced counsel.

In addition, Mark is the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX One. Mark believes in attracting and retaining the best real estate agents by offering maximum compensation, advanced support services, comprehensive training programs and the freedom to succeed. Since its inception in 2012, RE/MAX One has grown to approximately 130 agents in six offices throughout Southern Maryland, Annapolis and Ocean City, Maryland. Mark is a licensed real estate broker in Maryland, Virginia, District of Columbia, and Delaware.

Mark is also the Managing Member of Maryland Trust Title & Escrow, LLC, a full-service real estate title company committed to providing superior settlement services. Mark has built a dynamic team of licensed title agents and support staff who have extensive residential and commercial real estate settlement experience and whose goal is to make every settlement transaction as smooth as possible.

Mark is the Managing Member of Motto Mortgage Preferred.  A residential mortgage brokerage which is licensed in Maryland, Virginia and Florida.

Finally, Mark is the Managing Member of CBay Management, LLC. A property management company serving both residential and commercial properties as well as homeowners’ associations.

Active in the community, Mark is a past member of the Calvert Health Systems Board, a two-time past president of the Calvert County Bar Association, and past-President of the Calvert Memorial Hospital Foundation Board. In the past, he has held key positions on the Calvert County Republican Central Committee and has served on the boards of Calvert Hospice, the Calvert County Economic Development Committee, the Calvert County Chamber of Commerce and The Calverton School. He has provided leadership and coaching for the Calvert High School Mock Trial Team and has been a past speaker for Criminal Justice Seminars at Calvert and Northern High Schools.

Mark lives in Huntingtown, Maryland with his wife and enjoys spending time with his two accomplished daughters and sons-in-law, and six grandchildren.
